These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of jspace.com (the “Site”), operated by J-Space.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. The Site
J-Space publishes research explainers and related educational content about AI interpretability and adjacent topics. Content is provided for informational purposes and may change as research evolves.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, overload, or compromise the Site or its infrastructure
- Use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or deceptive content
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
- Copy, republish, or commercially exploit Site content except as allowed below
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, Site text, design, branding, and original graphics are owned by J-Space or its licensors. You may:
- Read and share links to public pages
- Quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the source page
You may not republish full articles, train commercial datasets on Site content without permission, or remove attribution from quoted material.
4. No professional advice
Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, financial, medical, investment, or safety-critical advice. Interpretability research is an active field; methods and conclusions can be incomplete, contested, or superseded. See our Disclaimer.
5. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to third-party websites, papers, repositories, or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party resources is at your own risk.
6. User submissions
If you contact us or submit information through a Site form, you grant J-Space a non-exclusive right to use that information to respond, operate the Site, and improve our services. Do not submit confidential information you are not authorized to share.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, J-SPACE AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J-Space and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any right of another person or entity.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, including for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Site or other users.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
